About Allie

As a three-year old, I’d sit in the front yard and tell my family stories about the magical world of the ladybugs I found crawling across the leaves. I already knew something about the power of imagination and the allure of other worlds.

I’ve spent a lot of my adult life learning how to get back to the joyful embodiment of creativity and vision I had when I was three. I tend to believe that our uniqueness and healing often lie in reclaiming what has always been ours, pulsing inside of us from the moment we took our first breath.

As a practitioner, I believe in holding deep welcoming space for my clients to sink into their skin and into their knowing. In all the forms that it expresses itself. Together we welcome the clarity that’s there to the surface, and explore how to bring it to live in a way that is transformative, life giving, and entirely unique to them.
